Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
Eligible Returns:
- Damaged or defective items
- Wrong item delivered
- Item differs from description
Non-Returnable: Used items, items without packaging, or sale items (unless defective).
How to Return: Email umishopstore786@gmail.com with your order number and photos within 10 days.
Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
